A 3-day comprehensive program designed to enhance knowledge of modern Italian cuisine with hands on training for HIBS students, tips from the Master Chef and fine wine tasting sessions to be held in April 2012.


Chef Vezzoli is a world renowned chef with more than 25 years of experience in some of the world’s finest hotels and Michelin star restaurants. He is an entrepreneur and is the co-founder of Ristorante Fiore, one of London’s leading restaurants at St. James.

 
 
Chef Vezzoli’s cuisine has been recognised worldwide and he has represented his homeland consulting for embassies and government bodies right from Tokyo to Morocco. He is currently functioning as Executive chef for fashion giants Dolce & Gabbana


His highly regarded culinary accomplishments include gold & silver medals won at various championship competitions in Europe and around the world. During his tenure as Executive chef at St.Regis Hotel Grand, Rome, the Vivendo restaurant was nominated by ZAGAT as best restaurant in Rome for 3 consecutive years from 2002 to 2004. It was also chosen as the second best restaurant in Italy.


 
 
 
Chef Vezzoli’s is a well heralded author of 7 culinary books and he has written articles for various magazines. He has designed culinary skills videos and is also a well known consultant for creative dishes around the world
