2. The VISA LETTER issued by the education provider containing full information in the prescribed format is the ultimate evidence for the student eligibility to undertake the course. A valid VISA LETTER entitles the student 30 points. 3. You need 10 points for having enough money (also known as Maintenance or Funds)The criteria for this is that you should have enough money in your bank account to pay in full the first years fees plus £5400 ( £600 times 9 months) being the expenses for staying outside London( Harrow is classed as out of London). These funds must be held in CASH in the bank account of the student or where the student is joint holder for more than 28 days before submitting the application. NO SPONSORS ASSETS OR SPONSORS OWN FUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED ANY MORE. The tuition fees must be paid in full for the first 12 months and must be receipted. Alternatively, you must have a loan approved from a Bank which is acceptable to the British consulate. The loan approval must be in the name of the student. In addition to the maintenance funds, you need to pay for visa fee, airfares and other start up costs.

4. The embassy will verify the documents, and make necessary checks, and if the documents are found to be false in any respect you will be refused a visa.

5. You are allowed to enter UK only one month before the start date of your course. Your visa will be granted for the length of your course, plus four months after the end of the course, where your course is for a period exceeding 12 months.

6. You are allowed to take only one resit of the examinations. If you fail the resit, your visa will be automatically cancelled.
