Documents Required:
For obtaining a UK Tier 4 (General) Visa Potential applicants are required to have:

1.A Confirmation for Acceptance of Studies or CAS will be required for admission to a full time course at Harrow International Business School. All academic credentials and certificates in original should be submitted to British High Commission.

2. If you are providing your evidence of money from a single account, UKBA will assess the funds available to you from the closing balance given on the document you provide as evidence. If you provide two or more pieces of evidence from a single account (for example, two consecutive bank statements), they will assess the money available to you from the closing balance of the most recent document. If you provide evidence from two or more accounts, UKBA will assess the money available to you as being:

The closing balance of one account; plus any additional money available to you on the date of that closing balance, for which you have provided the required evidence. UKBA will always use the closing balance date from the account that most favours you. If you are providing evidence of official financial sponsorship, in addition to evidence of your own money, any money paid to you by your official financial sponsor will not be considered as available money. Money cannot be counted twice.

You must show that you have held the required money for a consecutive 28-day period (finishing on the date of the closing balance) ending no more than one month before your application.

You can use the following documents to show money that is available to you:
personal bank or building society statements, covering a consecutive 28-day period ending no more than one month before the date of your application;
a building society pass book, covering a consecutive 28-day period ending no more than one month before the date of your application;
a letter from a bank confirming that funds have been held for a consecutive 28-day period ending no more than one month before the date of your application;
a letter from a financial institution confirming that funds have been held for a consecutive 28-day period ending no more than one month before the date of your application;,br> a letter from a financial institution confirming a loan, dated no more than six months before the date of your application.,br>
 
 
Visa Application Procedure :

Step-by-step Procedure as per new UKBA Tier 4 guidelines

1. HIBS must receive the completed application form along with all the attachments like CV, transcript of educational records, certificates of experience, photograph, passport copy, statement of purpose. The application form can be downloaded from our website .The form and the documents can be sent by post or email or personally handed over to our representative.

2. Upon receipt of the forms, HIBS will consider the application, and if the qualifications and experience are acceptable then only and subject to receipt of a registration fee of £300, will issue an OFFER LETTER. HIBS will also conduct an assessment through personal or telephonic interview with the candidate wherever it has any doubts about the eligibility of the student to join the course.The conditional offer will state that subject to payment of the tuition fee in full for the 12 months by demand draft drawn in the name of Harrow International Business School, payable at London, and receipt of the full financial details of the candidate in the prescribed form, HIBS will issue a CAS in the form and content as prescribed by the UKBA regulations. CAS is a unique 14 digit number which replaced Visa letter is allocated to each student accepted by HIBS. The payment of the Tuition fee in full for the first 12 months is compulsory before the CAS can be issued.

3. The student will file the application with the CAS number and all the original documents stated in the CAS Statement to the British consulate. It must be clearly noted that if the student submits wrong information intentionally or unintentionally, or makes a misstatement about the financial affairs, or submits fraudulent documents, or fails to attach original copies of the required documentation, he is responsible and shall forfeit the entire tuition fees paid.

4. If there is a discrepancy in the CAS issued by HIBS, and the student is refused the visa, then HIBS is liable for the mistake and shall refund the entire Tuition fee to the student.

5. It has to be noted that for whatever reason the visa is refused, the college loses its seat from the quota allotted, and will suffer financially.HIBS will proactively control the student visa processing, in order to safeguard its interest.






 


 

POLICIES

The policies of the college are available with the Dean and the Principal. Students are advised to read the same.

Attendance:
The students must have a minimum of 80% attendance record, which is maintained on a weekly basis. A student whose attendance is below 80% will be issued a verbal warning in the first week, followed by a written warning if such default continues over the next 2 weeks. If the attendance does not improve substantially within 2 weeks from the date of written warning, the college will terminate the student enrolment and will inform the Home office and the student will be deported from UK.

Refunds:
The standard policy of the college as regards refund of fees is that no refunds are made by the college, where the student abandons the course for whatever reason on his own accord.
